Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. If you upgrade,
the prorated amount will be applied immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing
cycle.
What counts as an "Active Event"?
An active event is any event that is currently accepting RSVPs or scheduled in the
future. Once an event date has passed, it is automatically archived and no longer counts towards your active
limit.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on all plans when billed annually. You can select this
option during checkout or update your billing preferences later.
