New — Free Budget Planner

Plan your event budget line by line: set what you allocate, track what you actually spend, and see a live breakdown of where your money goes. It's completely free and works without an account — sign in to save it and get email reminders for your deadlines. Open the Budget Planner →

Improved — Email delivery

We rebuilt our email pipeline end to end. Verification, purchase, renewal, and reminder emails now land reliably in your inbox — including Gmail and Outlook/Hotmail.

Infrastructure — Now hosted in the United States

Ceremono now runs on infrastructure in the U.S., for faster load times and lower latency for our customers.

The whole site now adapts cleanly to phones and tablets — a redesigned navigation, a refreshed home page, and a new cinematic hero.

We also swapped heavy photos for lightweight WebP imagery, so pages load noticeably faster.

Pick a plan and pay securely with Stripe. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like — changes are prorated automatically, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

Every payment now has a receipt and invoice you can view any time under Settings → Subscription.

We have refined what each plan includes around the new Print Studio.

• Essential includes a curated set of basic designs you can personalize and download.
• Premium designs unlock on Pro and above.
• Member discounts on the shop and vendor bookings: Pro 5%, Agency 7%, Enterprise 10%.
• Branding: “Powered by Ceremono” is removed on Pro and up, or on any plan once you connect a custom domain.
• Ordering printed, shipped copies is coming soon — for now, download your PDF and print anywhere.

Your event now comes with a full Print Studio — a design editor right in your dashboard. Personalize invitations, place cards, table signs and seating charts, then download a print-ready PDF.

• Built from your guest list — names, tables and meal info are pulled in automatically; one design becomes one card per guest or table.
• RSVP QR code with an editable caption that links guests straight to your RSVP page — drag it anywhere on the design.
• Type & styling controls — a Google-font picker with live previews, bold/italic/underline, alignment and per-element sizing.
• Tilted-mockup previews and landscape designs now render cleanly.

New accounts are confirmed with a quick email verification code, and you can now reset a forgotten password yourself — no need to contact support.

Our refund & cancellation policy is now published and linked at checkout and in the footer, so you always know where you stand.
