Where we ship
We print and ship within the contiguous United States: the 48 states and Washington, DC. We can’t ship printed orders to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the US yet, and UPS doesn’t deliver to PO boxes, so use a street address.
Digital designs don’t ship at all: you download them, from anywhere in the world.
How long it takes
- Printing: most orders are printed within 2–3 business days of payment. Large orders and foil take a little longer.
- Delivery: we ship by UPS Ground from California, so the West Coast is quickest and the East Coast takes the longest (see the table below).
- Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US holidays. If your event is close, order early or write to us before you order.

Free shipping on printed orders over $150 (printed items and shop products; digital designs don’t count toward it).
Shipping is charged once per order, however many printed items are in it. You pick your region at checkout and it has to match your shipping address.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you the tracking number, and it shows in My orders along with where the order is: in production, shipped or delivered.
Address problems and lost packages
- Please check your address before you pay. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we can resend it once you pay the shipping again.
- If tracking hasn’t moved for 7 business days, or the package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, write to us. We’ll work it out with the carrier, and reprint and resend if it’s lost.
- Packages ship without prices inside, so they’re safe to send straight to a venue or as a gift.
