About this design
Pond Party is a smiling green frog in a striped party hat, sitting by lily pads in bloom under balloons and a sky of little stars. Flat and cheerful, in six color sets: the hat, the balloons, the lilies and the stars change color, the frog stays green. We trimmed the frog down for the tag so it fits without crowding the words.
Round toppers for cupcakes and treats. Tape them to toothpicks or stick them straight onto frosted cupcakes. Choose Pond, Bubblegum, Blueberry, Lilac, Sunny and Sorbet and the rest of the suite can follow the same color. Buying it gets you every color.
